Intake
During the intake interview we discuss your goals/wishes and your complaints/symptoms.
From here we will work together and create an action plan.
You will not have to keep up with a food diary, as I will share a list with foods to avoid in general or period of time
Plan of approach
At the end of each conversation you will receive a short summary of your specific focus points
including concrete steps by email or Whatsapp.
Topics covered include
Nutrition, detoxification, information including supplement protocols,
practical tips such as kitchen appliances and more.
Follow-up conversation
During a follow-up conversation we will delve deeper. We compare how you are doing,
there is plenty of room for questions and we discuss any challenges you may have encountered.
Interim support with email or Whatsapp
You have the opportunity to ask questions via email or Whatsapp in the meantime.
This way you don't have to wait until the next appointment with practical and short questions.
I will include more extensive/deeper questions in the follow-up appointment.

The Aligned & Advanced Information that I discovered comes from a Clean and Higher Source, informing us about how we can protect ourselves with healing nutrition, and our spiritual health. During this session, you will discover the perspective during our current time on this Earth, and what is going on 'behind the scenes'. I will share with you the necessary protecting tools on a spiritual level, which you can use on a personal level. Being open minded or curious is recommended, being a part of this world means concluding we sometimes have 'bad luck' or heavy periods that come across. During this session you will have the knowledge about the reasons behind this and how we can keep our energy safe.
The session will include:
Receive tools for your energetic well-being, coming from the Source of Aligned & Advanced Information
I will pick tarot cards for you, if you'd wish to, for clarity and answers in your current path, journey or direction
If interested, there can be short Energy Healing taking place, included at the end of the session, for making you feel grounded and in your own energy again
